A series of online training modules include: Introduction to e-metrics, selecting e-metrics, collecting e-metric data, analyzing e-metric data, and using & presenting your results. This workshop "offers continuing education for those seeking to understand how to evaluate the use of their onlinhe library services" and promise to be very interesting. This author plans to attend, and a report will be referenced here after the workshop.
