Select from the following options for a custom data set: |
Custom Options(SAMPLE PAGE ONLY, REPORTS NOT YET AVAILABLE) Use the Custom Data Request Form to the left to identify the parameters of the specific set of data that you desire. The guidelines below will help you craft your request for the best results. Results will display on this side. Request form will remain to the left for sorting or next new inquiry. Display OptionsFormatAll data will be displayed first in XHTML tables on screen. Links for downloading the data sets as .csv, .xls, or XML files will be located at the top of the XHTML display. There will also be the option to add the report to a list of reports run regularly and e-mailed directly to the member in the format they prefer. Time PeriodStatistics available in this ERUS database are in monthly increments only. Selecting a start month will provide statistics from the 1st day of that month. Selecting an end month will provide statistics through the last day of that month. For stats for one month, select the same month for both the start and end months. SubjectSelect a Subject from this list if you are interested in statistics for only a single type of resource. At the current time, the ERUS database is not able to provide stats for multiple Subjects (only all or one). Subject indexing of vendors/resources is currently limited to that done by Simmons College. Data SortingSelect the data element (Month, Vendor, Resource, COUNTER, Searches, Sessions) you wish to sort your results by. |
